Appointment policy 

Appointments are available by appointment Monday through Wednesday, Friday and alternating Saturdays.  Please call to schedule an appointment and to check on Saturday availability. If an appointment is not available when your schedule is open, we offer drop-off appointments. After you bring your pet in and complete the paperwork, the doctor will examine your pet In a timely manner and contact you. Walk-ins are available, the scheduled appointment will be seen first. Of course, emergencies are seen anytime during normal business hours. 

Payment Policy 

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Care Credit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Debit cards, cash and personal checks. 

Patient Arrival Policy 

For your protection, and that of others all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting room. All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.  

If you and your pet are visiting Narberth Animal Hospital for the first time, please arrive a few minutes early and bring any medical records, test results, and other pertinent information with you. You may also download the New Client Form, prefill the information and bring it with you. 

Other forms available to download and preflll are the Boarding Agreement as well as the Patient Drop-Off Form. You may also fax those completed forms to us ahead of your appointment time.
